Our services
Most of our work is exterior insulation and rendering. We also take on plastering and selected general building jobs where they fit the project.

Whole elevations, close detailing and completed finishes give a much better idea of the standard than a long list of claims.
Why Bro-Therm
Bro-Therm is run by two brothers. We visit the property, discuss the job, prepare the quotation and complete the work ourselves. There is no sales team and no subcontractor chain.
How it works
A few clear photos are usually enough for the first conversation. The final specification and price are confirmed after the property has been assessed.
Send the postcode, photographs and a short description of the work you have in mind.
We inspect the walls, access, openings, external pipework and any existing defects that may affect the job.
You receive a written scope and price. Once everything is agreed, we arrange the materials and start date.
Inside an EWI system
Before the finish is applied, the wall has to be prepared, the insulation fitted to the agreed specification and the reinforced basecoat completed. Each layer has its own job, and shortcuts usually show later.

First contact
The first estimate can often be discussed from photographs. The final quotation follows once the relevant walls, access and details have been assessed.
